Her priorities include developing connectivity pathways, establishing a new public safety facility, and improving Township services. She holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and previously worked as a municipal budget analyst. She served 2 years in the Peace Corps and 12 years as a Hampton Girl Scout leader. Currently CEO of North Side Christian Health Center, she lives in Hampton with her husband and 3 children. Connecting the Community Through infrastructure improvements which connect our neighborhoods, such as the pathway on Topnick Drive, and new community events, we're connecting neighbors. In the next 4 years we anticipate adding more walking paths and new recreational activities for all ages. Investing in Public Safety By embedding social services in our police department, we're helping our most vulnerable while allowing officers to focus on law enforcement. Our next priorities will focus on storm preparedness, rebuilding the Route 8/Wildwood intersection, and consolidating fire and EMS into one centralized facility. Continuing Fiscal Responsibility Despite inflation, responsible fiscal management has allowed us to support and improve community infrastructure and essential services, while maintaining emergency reserves. We've renovated the police department, made multiple upgrades to the Community Center and pool, increased road paving, improved the parks and modernized the maintenance fleet and police equipment. JULIE FRITSCH: Julie has served on Hampton Council since 2021, strengthening partnerships between the Township, community organizations and businesses while ensuring fiscal responsibility. She is working closely with municipal staff to update township ordinances and expand youth sports facilities. She previously served on the Zoning Hearing Board. Julie holds a law degree from University of Pittsburgh and is an attorney with Pond Lehocky Giordano. She has volunteered extensively for the Hampton Alliance for Education Excellence and Hampton Athletic Association. She lives in Hampton with her husband and two daughters. CAROLYNN JOHNSON: Carolynn joined Hampton Council in 2018. She is the current Council President and President of the North Hills Council of Governments' Executive Board. She promotes an accessible, citizen-focused, plain-language approach to Hampton's government and emphasizes fostering stronger community connectivity among neighborhoods. She holds a doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from Purdue University and currently leads human-centered research and design for a large, locally-headquartered law firm.
