The hearing will: 1. Present information on the proposed activities to be funded by the Arnold FFY 2025 CDBG program as summarized below. The application will be submitted to the PA Department of Community and Economic Development by the October 2025 deadline. The proposed application may be inspected by the public from August 18th through August 29th during normal business hours at the city office located at 1829 5th Avenue. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the final application and/or attend the Council Meeting of August 12, 2025 to discuss these matters and offer any suggestion or comments prior to final adoption and approval of the application.
