Boy Scouts can register for the American Heritage Merit Badge Workshop to be held at the Bradford House Museum’s Meeting House, 182 S. Main St., Washington PA, on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 9 a.m. – 3p.m. Activities include visits with history reenactors and military veterans, exploring American patriotic music and symbolism, and touring the National Historic Landmark Bradford House.   

The workshop will be administered by museum staff. Participants will satisfy merit badge requirements with a merit badge counselor on site to sign Blue Cards. The cost is $25 per scout. There are two prerequisites to be finished before the workshop and brought to the workshop as written paragraphs with the scout’s name on the page(s). Further information will be emailed to those registered.
