VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System will have staff at its Monroeville VA Clinic on Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to help veterans create ID.me and Login.gov accounts. Starting on Jan. 31, veterans who use VA health care will need a secure Login.gov or ID.me account to log in to My HealtheVet.
Veterans should bring with them a smartphone, valid driver’s license or state-issued ID, Social Security card and their Veteran Health Identification card.
My HealtheVet is a patient portal for tracking health, requesting prescription refills, and scheduling or canceling appointments.
