The Aerobic Center is unique in that “We Cater To First Time Exercisers, Kids, Seniors and the mentally/physically challenged” offering supervised monthly programs to assist and encourage individuals with the transition to a lifelong commitment of good health. As a Derry Area graduate of 1999, Shawn returned to the area from Pittsburgh to serve as Derry's Varsity football Strength and Conditioning Coach. Shawn realized the need in 2006 for a safe lifting facility for his team and Building Bodeez began as a one room strength facility (<500 sq. feet).
