Ann C. Phillips, 80, of New Kensington, died Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in Platinum Ridge Center, Brackenridge. She was born in Basingstoke, England, on February 5, 1944, to the late William and Joyce Cottrell Query; and has been a resident of the New Kensington/Plum area since emigrating from England, when she was four years old. Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband of 53 years, Arthur David Phillips, and enjoyed boating with her husband. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Query.
