Kenneth E. Roddy, 81, of Ligonier, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the RNC of Greater Pittsburgh, Greensburg. Born June 6, 1942, in Ligonier, he was a son of the late Clifford E. and Lois (Penrod) Roddy. An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who was very family-oriented. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Phillips E. Roddy; a grandson, Jason K. Roddy; a granddaughter, Gabby Roddy; and two brothers, John and Ronald Roddy. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara E. (Crusan) Roddy of Ligonier; four children, Andrea Uiselt of Jeannette, Georgia Snyder of Mt. Pleasant, Julie Hirak of Jeannette, and John Roddy of Ligonier; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m., Wednesday, at the LOPATICH-BRINKER FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Wednesday, in the funeral home. Interment is private.
