PITTSBURGH, PA – Howard Hanna's Children's Free Care Fund is proud to announce the appointment of four distinguished professionals to its board of directors: Clayton Gialloreto, Monifa Martin, Anna-Marie "Ree" Reschini and Annie Cestra. Each brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to community service, further strengthening the Fund's mission.

Clayton Gialloreto has been with Howard Hanna since 2015, serving as the corporate controller. With a robust background in public accounting and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, Gialloreto is an accomplished financial expert. He lives in Murrysville, Pa., with his wife, Jennie, and their two children, Ashley and Jordan.

Monifa Martin is a seasoned management and technology consultant based in Pittsburgh. With more than a decade of experience, Martin's expertise spans digital marketing, data analytics and mergers and acquisitions across various industries. She has a notable history of transforming business challenges into profitable outcomes and currently serves as the director of business intelligence for a Pittsburgh-based law firm. Martin is actively involved in community service and holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.

Anna-Marie "Ree" Reschini was drawn to Pittsburgh by its strong physician assistant programs, earning a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in physician assistant studies from Chatham University. After working in San Francisco, Reschini returned to Pittsburgh, where she now practices at Forefront Dermatology. An avid yogi, skier and traveler, she resides in Squirrel Hill with her husband, Joe, and daughter, Lola.

Annie Cestra represents corporations and individuals in a wide spectrum of legal transactions, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and a B.A. from John Carroll University. Cestra has been recognized among the Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch for corporate law.
