Carl A. Fetterman, 88, of Windber, formerly of West Leechburg, our loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend entered the Pearly Gates of Heaven on May 8, 2024, into the arms of his love Velma (Kriebel), and greeted with hugs from his parents, Clarence and Mae (Baglia) Fetterman; brothers, Bob and Jim; son, Mike; and family and friends. Carl's legacy lives on in his three daughters, Sue Waldrop (Leechburg), Marcie Fetterman (Windber) and Carla Fetterman (Leechburg); his grandson, Keith and Brittaney Fetterman (Rockville) and great-grandchildren; his granddaughter, Brandy Waldrop (Vandergrift) and great-grandchildren; his Seybert stepfamily, Dan and Barb (Allegheny Township), Jesse and Roberta (Slippery Rock), Terry and Cindy (Allegheny Township), and grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Anna Mae; nephews; and his paw pals, Baylee and Gunnar (Windber). Carl was an Air Force veteran and retired steelworker. He was a member of the United Steelworkers Local 1138, VFW Post 566, and American Legion Post 114. He loved traveling with his wife, Velma, gatherings with family and friends, listening to Country and Western music, watching the old Westerns, and driving his Cadillac. He was a devoted Steelers and Pirates fan. Carl enjoyed spending time with military brothers and sisters at the VFW and American Legion. He touched people's hearts with his kindness and fun sense of humor. We loved him for his caring, kind, fun-loving, and giving soul. Dad, thank you for your love and the fun memories, we will cherish them and share them freely. Until we meet again, all our love!
