Happy Valentine’s Day! Oh no — did you forget? Well, don’t fret! The restaurants may be double-booked with reservations, but there are still some events to attend with your sweetheart. Here are some Valentine’s weekend ideas.

‘Romeo and Juliet’ at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre

This weekend, see the ultimate story of star-crossed lovers told through dance with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s “Romeo and Juliet.” This unique interpretation will bring a fresh perspective to a story that almost everyone knows. Enjoy beautiful dance, music and costumes at the Benedum Center with the PBT orchestra accompanying.

Performances will be held on Friday at 7:30 p.m.; on Saturday at 2 and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets and all the information can be found at pbt.org.

Cupid’s Undie Run

Sure, it’ll probably be in the 40-degree range on Saturday, but that just means a mile(ish) run for charity will be even more bracing — and a better reason to celebrate when it’s over! Head to McFadden’s on the North Side this Saturday to drink, dance and strip down to run in your undies.

Cupid’s Undie Run raises money for NF, a genetic condition that causes tumors to grow on nerves all throughout the body. It’s a good cause for a fun afternoon. The day will kick off with some drinking and dancing to warm up before everyone gets into their skivvies and takes a jog.

The event will “run” from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Register to participate — or just donate — at my.cupid.org.

Anti-Valentine’s Day Party

Not all of us have a date for the loviest day of the year. Some of us are feeling more “love stinks” this Valentine’s Day. The good news is that there’s also a party for those taking a stand against all the mushy stuff.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. for the 8 p.m. show by Glitz, a band putting on a big show of all your rock favorites from the ’80s and beyond. There may be lights, fog and fun, and hopefully not too many of those super-sappy love songs.

Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center in Cheswick. Learn more at facebook.com/pghshrinecenter.

TJ Miller

Need a laugh? There will be five chances with TJ Miller at the Pittsburgh Improv on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The seasoned stand-up comic is known for his roles in films including “Deadpool” and “The Emoji Movie,” as well as TV shows such as “Silicon Valley.”

His standup is just as funny as his acting. He currently has three hour-long specials available on streaming services and a fourth forthcoming. He’s also particularly skilled at improv (how appropriate for the venue).

Shows will be held on Friday at 7 and 9:30 p.m.; Saturday at 6:30 and 9 p.m.; and Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Pittsburgh Improv in the Waterfront. For tickets, visit improv.com/pittsburgh.

Chocolate and wine pairing at Pittsburgh Winery

Back to the romantic stuff, Pittsburgh Winery in the Strip District will hold a chocolate and wine pairing on Friday. Get a little decadent with four wines perfectly paired with four chocolate truffles for a delicious combination.

Tickets in advance are $30, and the self-guided wine-and-chocolate tasting will last for one hour. There are three times, one at 4 p.m., one at 5:30 p.m. and one at 7 p.m. Get tickets while there’s still room at pittsburghwinery.com.
