Steven Bradford Brown, 63, of Monroeville, passed away Monday, Jan. 22, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones after a hard but short battle with cancer. He will be remembered as an honest, hardworking, loving and protective man who never met a stranger and was willing to help in any way that he could. Known for his gift of gab, Steve had a knack for striking up conversations with anyone he encountered. He also had a passion for building, fixing and using his hands, which led him to become skilled in numerous trades in the construction field. For over 25 years, he served as a union drywall finisher. As life went on, Steve's love for travel blossomed, and he had the opportunity to explore new places and create lasting memories. His adventurous spirit and zest for life were truly inspiring. Steve is survived by his beloved wife, Andrea Brown; his loving children, Steven (Janae) Sherer, Danielle Nicholes, Kaitlyn (Jacob) Huffman and Austin Brown; and his grandchildren and siblings. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. May his soul rest in peace, and may his memory be cherished forever.
