Charles W. Egler, age 94, of West View, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Alice Egler. Loving father of Ken (Kathy) Egler, Tom (Barb) Egler and Cindy (Dan) Maybee. Also survived by seven grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Charles served in the U S Army during the Korean War. He retired from the U S Postal Service and loved traveling with his wife Alice. Family and friends welcome Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at SLATER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES of SHARPSBURG 820 Main St. Sharpsburg, PA 15215 where a service will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Burial to follow in Allegheny Country Memorial Park.
