Two Monroeville men were arrested Monday after agents from the Allegheny County District Attorney Narcotics Enforcement Team, Pennsylvania Attorney General and Monroeville police executed a search warrant at their apartment.

Mehki Manor, 20, and Steven Robbins, 18, were taken into custody after a traffic stop and a subsequent vehicle search Monday turned up more than 15 packages of marijuana and THC vapes.

Monroeville police had been conducting surveillance on the mens’ shared apartment at the Northern Pike Garden Apartments complex in June after becoming aware of potential drug activity. That surveillance, and the traffic stop, led to the search warrant served on Monday.

Police discovered about 8 pounds of marijuana, more than 80 THC vape cartridges, a half-pound of psilocybin mushrooms, two handguns and nearly $3,500 in cash at the apartment.

Manor and Robbins were both charged with three felony counts of drug possession with intent to deliver, trademark counterfeiting, criminal conspiracy and several traffic violations.

They were denied bail and taken to the Allegheny County Jail. An Aug. 5 hearing is set in Judge Jeffrey Herbst’s Monroeville court.
