She was a wife, mother, and grandmother who defined beauty with grace and style and whose caring heart embraced many. Ruth Beighley Moore passed on April 15, at the age of 95. Ruth was born Sept. 25, 1928, in Murrysville, PA. Daughter of the late Frank E. and Pearl Baker Beighley. Predeceased by brother, Ralph Baker Beighley in 1945; and sister, Opal Beighley Masengill in 2004. Survived by son, Bryan Moore, his wife, Catherine Cunningham, their children, Brie and Ian Moore; daughter, Dayan Moore and husband James A. Fairweather; and nephew, David Masengill; and family. Ruth graduated from Turtle Creek High School and worked for Westinghouse Air Brake. She loved her children, growing and making flower arrangements, working with Meals on Wheels, volunteering at Jeanette Hospital, and was a lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 400. A private memorial service will be held in the summer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
