Jack Lee Thompson, Sr., 60, of Acme, died on Sunday, June 30, 2024, in J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital - WVU Medicine. He was born on July 10, 1963, in Mount Pleasant, a son of the late Ray Eugene and Ortha Jean Stouffer Thompson. Jack was a graduate of Mount Pleasant Area High School. He was employed by Burnswoth Towing in Uniontown. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and camping. He is survived by his wife, Lisa M. Overly Thompson; son, Jack Lee Thompson Jr. and Kayla Marie Lovis of Acme; granddaughter, Aubery; brother, Ronald Thompson of Kecksburg; and sister, Linda Thompson. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Brenda Ohler, Angie Moore and Norma Richter. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 406 E.
