Donna Lee Cleveland, 75, of Oklahoma Borough, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024, in UPMC East, Monroeville. Born Sept. 9, 1948, in New Kensington, she is the daughter of the late Edward W. and Jean Simpson Riggle. Donna had been employed by Robert Shaw Controls in Indiana prior to retiring in 1983 after 15 years with the company. A member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Indiana. She enjoyed singing in the church choir, traveling around the USA and had spent every year in Florida, visiting with her daughter and grandchildren. She had lived in Rockport, TX for over 20 years, where she enjoyed fishing and was active with her swim club "Chickie's in the Pool" until she lost her home from Hurricane Harvey in Aug. of 2017. She then moved to her daughter's home in Hernando Beach, FL until Dec. 2017 when she moved back to Pennsylvania with her husband. Survivors include her husband, Harry Cleveland of Oklahoma Borough; her daughter, Tracy Riggle Lee of Orlando, FL; two grandchildren, Shelby (Jeremiah) Skinner-Ellis and James Ivan Skinner, United States Navy stationed in Sasebo, Japan; a stepdaughter, Daina Cleveland (Christopher Glavan) of Oklahoma Borough; two step-grandchildren, Isaiah King, United States Air Force stationed in Lakenheath, UK, and Abby King. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ron Marshall. Family and friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the time of the Service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2024 with her Pastor Patrick Lenox officiating in the DUNMIRE KERR & ROWE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 244 Franklin Ave., Vandergrift.
