Kerri A. Geracia, 48, formerly of Freeport, passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2024, at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, with her fiance and son by her side. She was born June 3, 1976, in Harrison Township, to the late Terry and Lavina (Semprevivo) Geracia. Kerri lived most of her life in the AK Valley. She was a machine operator for Namsco Plastics for a number years. Kerri was of the Christian faith, and a graduate of Freeport High School. She enjoyed scary stories on YouTube, camping, walking, and dancing. Kerri especially enjoyed spending time with her kids and family. Survivors include her fianc of four years, Daryl M. Brown, of Arnold; sons, Ronnie, of Freeport, Cory L. Hayden, of Arnold, and Clayton (Evelyn), of Arnold; daughter, Micheala Reed, of Arnold. Also surviving are her siblings, Rhonda Geracia, and Terry Geracia, both formerly of Freeport; and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lavina Evelyn.
