Job Duties: - Ensure the health and safety of individuals by providing personal care in a community home. - Prepare individuals to become more independent in their homes and communities. -Cook, clean, transport, dispense medications, support goals, document care. Qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED -Vallid PA Driver's License - Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB (ALL company paid!)
