Building Bodeez Fitness and Wellness Center was established in 2008 by Shawn Horwat as Building Bodeez Fitness Center. As a Derry Area graduate of 1999, Shawn returned to the area from Pittsburgh to serve as Derry's Varsity football Strength and Conditioning Coach. Shawn realized the need in 2006 for a safe lifting facility for his team and Building Bodeez began as a one room strength facility (<500 sq. feet).
