It was a humble beginning for Bob who started as a one man show operating from his home in 6th Ward Latrobe. As the business grew, and after a couple of moves, it was in 1976 when Bob purchased Mullen's current location 202 Railroad Street; one of the oldest industrial buildings in Latrobe dating back to 1852. Around this time, his teenage daughter Roxann started working in the office. In 1997 Roxann officially bought the business from her father. Roxann continued to expand and grow the local company, becoming the first Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer (CFAD) in Westmoreland County. This year, Roxann became the first woman to win the Carrier Hall of Fame, awarded to just 1 or 2 Carrier dealers in North America each year. Today the company has 30 employees, offering high quality heat and cooling comfort systems for your home or business. Services also include indoor air quality and commercial refrigeration repair and sales. Roxann attributes their continued success to having skilled and dedicated employees and being blessed with having the best customers.
