If you have ready-to-eat chicken and turkey products in your fridge, you might want to make sure they aren’t among the products that have been recalled due to possible listeria contamination.

Millions of pounds of recalled foods produced by BrucePac, a pre-cooked meat producer out of Oklahoma, were sold at major grocery stores nationwide, the Today Show reported, including:

  • Trader Joe’s
  • Walmart
  • Aldi
  • Target
  • HEB
  • Giant Eagle
  • Kroger

According to a release from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, the poultry products included in the recall were produced between June 19 and Oct 8, and they were also distributed to restaurants and institutions other than stores.

The TODAY Show said during routine testing, the agency discovered Listeria monocytogenes, the bacteria that causes listeria infections, was present in ready-to-eat poultry products from BrucePac, and consumers were then notified on Oct. 9.

There haven’t been any illnesses associated with the recall, but the FSIS is “concerned that some product may be available for use in restaurants, institutions and other establishments,” the alert said, according to the Today Show.

As of Monday, the recall includes more than 200 products that equate to nearly 10 million pounds of meat. Some products with well-known brand names include:

  • Jenny Craig
  • Atkins
  • Signature Select
  • Boston Market
  • Amazon Fresh
  • Michelina’s
  • Rao’s
  • Dole

The complete list of specific products’ labels can be found in a 326-page PDF here. The products subject to recall have establishment numbers “51205 or P-51205” inside or under the USDA mark of inspection, the FSIS said.

Listeria, which can be especially harmful for those who are pregnant, 65 or older or who have a weakened immune system, can spread “easily” through deli equipment, surfaces, hands and food, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Those people should not eat deli meat, the CDC said, unless it is reheated.
