Pittsburgh police said a man who was stabbed in the abdomen during an altercation late Thursday night in Downtown Pittsburgh is hospitalized in critical condition.
Police said they received a report around 11:30 p.m. of a man stabbed in the 700 block of Liberty Avenue. Officers rendered first aid until Pittsburgh EMS arrived and transported him to an area hospital.
No arrests have been reported.
According to Pittsburgh Public Safety, reports indicate the victim was engaged in an altercation prior to the stabbing.
