Oreo cookie fans who listen to Post Malone, it’s your lucky day.
The singer, whose versatile musical style includes hip-hop, country and R&B, announced he’s collaborating with Oreo to launch a limited edition cookie.
Malone, 29, announced the collab in an Instagram post, saying the new cookie will hit shelves on Feb. 3.
The Post Malone Oreo will feature a first-of-a-kind swirled creme, two different flavored cookies and embossments representing Malone’s music career, USA Today reported.
“Can’t believe they let me make my own Oreo cookie. So happy everyone gets to try the taste twist — hope you love it as much as I do, ‘cause I think it’s the best OREO ever!” Post Malone said in a statement, according to Today. “It’s the first time Oreo has ever twisted the creme of the cookie and they named it after me.”
Salted caramel and shortbread flavor will be twisted between one chocolate Oreo and one golden Oreo, USA Today said, and there will be nine different embossments, including a guitar pick, butterfly, truck and chains. The back of each cookie package will have a handwritten signed note from Malone as well, Today reported.
The Post Malone Oreos will also be available for presale on Monday, Jan. 27 on the Oreo website, and fans can sign up for early access to the Oreos starting Wednesday online at oreo.com/presale.
Malone told USA Today that he’s been eating Oreos his “whole life” and this new collaboration, “is going to (expletive) your life up, in the best way.”
When he was selecting flavors, Malone said he’s been on a “salted caramel kick” for the last two years, so he wanted the flavor to be included, USA Today said, and his favorite Oreo — besides his own, now — are the golden Oreo cookies.
The final product was “love at first bite, to be poetic,” he said, according to USA Today.
The collaboration follows the release of Malone’s latest album, “F-1 Trillion,” which features popular country musicians like Tim McGraw, Dolly Parton, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton and Jelly Roll, according to USA Today.
Malone has previously collaborated with large brands like Bud Light, Crocs and Doritos.
And this also isn’t the first time Oreo has collaborated with a celebrity. In 2020, Lady Gaga’s Oreo was a hot pink sandwich cookie with lime green creme, which was inspired by her “Chromatica” album, People reported.
