Authorities are investigating a suspected murder-suicide in a home off Waltz Mill Road, according to Westmoreland County Coroner Tim Carson.
Two adults and two children were found dead in a home along Keck Lane, near the border of Hempfield and Sewickley townships.
The deaths were reported early Friday morning. Their identities have not been released.
Pennsylvania State Police and officials from the coroner’s office were working at the scene Friday morning.
