Is it a song-and-dance kind of weekend, a brunch-and-shop kind of weekend or a fun-and-games kind of weekend? No matter how you choose to unwind, there’s something to do in Westmoreland County.

Galentine’s Day in Irwin
Over the past decade, the concept of “Galentine’s Day” has really caught on. The holiday, which is meant to be celebrated the day before Valentine’s Day, is an opportunity for the ladies to get together with their friends to give gifts, spread the love and have fun.
This year, downtown Irwin will celebrate Galentine’s Day on Saturday. Plan a friend date for brunch or lunch at your favorite restaurant and then have a shopping spree at all of the stores Irwin has to offer. Hearts will be hidden throughout downtown, and if you find one, you can take it to Feathers Gift Shop for a prize.
Businesses in the downtown area will be running specials throughout the day, so don’t miss out on this chance to hang out and have fun with your best friends. Learn more at facebook.com/Irwin.Main.Street.
