A pair of acts that shot to fame as teenagers will be playing shows in the Pittsburgh area later this year.
The Jonas Brothers will be celebrating their 20th anniversary with their Jonas20: Living the Dream tour, which hits PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh on Nov. 12. And JoJo Siwa will visit the Roxian Theatre in McKees Rocks on July 23 on her latest national tour.
Starting in 2005, the Jonas Brothers — Joe, Kevin and Nick — hit it big with songs like “Burnin’ Up,” “Only Human” and “What A Man Gotta Do,” in addition to appearances in Disney’s “Camp Rock” movies and their own series, “Jonas.”
This tour will include sets dedicated to all the eras of the brothers, from Nick Jonas & the Administration, Nick and Joe Jonas’ solo careers and DNCE, ending with a headline set from The Jonas Brothers.
The group last played Pittsburgh on Sept. 25, 2023, at PPG Paints Arena on their Five Albums, One Night, The World tour.
Tickets for the Jonas Brothers, who will be joined by The All-American Rejects, go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com. An artist presale starts at 10 a.m. Thursday, with other presales via Live Nation, PPG Paints Arena and Citi Card kick off at 4 p.m. Thursday.
“We’re beyond excited to hit the road and celebrate 20 years of music,” the group said in a statement. “Our fans have been with us through every chapter, and this tour is our way of honoring them, the memories we’ve made, and the ones we’ll create together. We can’t wait to make this our biggest, most unforgettable tour yet.”
