Penn State’s 2026 recruiting already added safety Darrell Carey and defensive lineman Isaac Chukwurah in the past week. Ahead of Saturday’s Blue-White Game, coach James Franklin and his staff struck again.
Timber Creek (N.J.) offensive lineman Roseby Lubintus committed to Penn State late Friday night. He’s rated as a three-star and the No. 18 player in New Jersey, according to the 247Sports Composite.
Listed at 6-foot-5 and 300 pounds, Lubintus became the second offensive lineman in Penn State’s 2026 cycle. Harrisburg’s Kevin Brown — Pennsylvania’s No. 1 player — is the other.
Lubintus held offers from West Virginia, Michigan State, Syracuse and others before choosing Penn State. He visited Happy Valley four times, including this past Monday, according to On3.
The 2026 Penn State class continues to be an important and impactful one, as Lubintus’ addition makes the Nittany Lions the fifth-best in the nation, trailing only USC, Clemson, Ohio State and Texas A&M. There are currently 13 commits in the group for Franklin and Co.
