Winning pitcher Cooper Hochendoner hit the go-ahead two-run triple in the bottom of the fourth inning to lead No. 5 South Park to a 4-3 victory over No. 11 Mohawk in the WPIAL Class 3A baseball third-place game Wednesday.

Ryan Spitznagel singled and doubled and Andrew Mittleider had two hits and an RBI for the Eagles (15-7). Vinny Pezzuolo had two hits, an RBI, a run scored and three stolen bases for the Warriors (12-11). Jackson Chapman had two hits and two runs scored.

Both teams have qualified for the PIAA playoffs, which begin Monday.
