A teenager was killed and three others were taken to local hospitals early Thursday morning following a vehicle rollover crash in Pittsburgh’s Point Breeze neighborhood, according to Pittsburgh Public Safety.
Pittsburgh EMS, fire and police units were dispatched to the 1200 block of Beechwood Boulevard at 12:50 a.m. for a single vehicle crash involving four teens, Public Safety said. Three of them were able to escape the vehicle, which had flipped over in the crash. The fourth, a male who died at the scene, was pinned inside the vehicle.
Their names were not provided.
The driver and other passengers were taken to hospitals, with one of those passengers in critical condition and the driver and the other passenger in stable condition, Public Safety said.
Pittsburgh police collision officers are investigating, according to Public Safety.
