Users were dissecting the spike in pizza orders, as shown on the Pentagon Pizza Report, indicating people are working late — a signal for incoming, and potentially big, news.

“Where is Donald Trump” was trending on X, and search inquiries for “Trump,” “is Trump dead” and “Trump dead” were some of the top searches on Google, Forbes reported.

Vice President JD Vance told USA Today on Thursday that he was prepared to step in as president should a “terrible tragedy” occur, though he said he believed Trump was in “good shape” and in “incredibly good health.”
That take didn’t do anything to quell the rumor mill. In fact, it was fodder for even more gossip.
On Saturday, it seemed all was well with the president, as he was photographed leaving his golf course in Virginia.
He even responded to the social media posters on Truth Social, saying “NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE” on Sunday night.
Trump will make an Oval Office announcement at 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, the White House announced.
No further information was released about the topic, though a federal appeals court ruled last week that most of the president’s sweeping global tariffs are unlawful, ABC News reported.
A senior White House official told NBC News the announcement will focus on “defense.”
Trump will make “an exciting announcement related to the Department of Defense” on Tuesday, Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, said in a statement, according to the New York Times.
Over Labor Day weekend, Trump made pointed social media posts about violence in Chicago, along with comments about sending the National Guard to the city, the outlet reported.
Trump posted on Truth Social earlier Tuesday, saying he will “solve the crime problem fast, just like I did in DC. Chicago will be safe again, and soon.”
A federal judge in California said Trump previously broke the law by deploying roughly 5,000 Marines and National Guard troops to Los Angeles in June in response to immigration protests, the Times reported.
