PennDOT closed a portion of Arona Road between Route 30 and Wendel Road in North Huntingdon because of a water main break Tuesday afternoon.
Fire crews from Strawpump VFD arrived to find the road flooded and partially collapsed near the Route 30 side.
First responders checked area businesses for flooding but none was reported, fire officials said.
PennDOT crews are on scene, according to North Huntingdon police.
