Soft rock stalwarts Goo Goo Dolls are bringing their summer tour to Pittsburgh next year.
Known for adult contemporary hits like “Iris,” “Slide” and “Name,” Goo Goo Dolls will headline the Pavilion at Star Lake on Aug. 14, joined by Neon Trees.
The band’s Tiny Desk Concert for NPR debuted last month, while their latest release, the “Summer Anthem” EP, dropped in August.
Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com, with a Citi cardmember presale starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, an artist presale at noon Tuesday, Ticketmaster and Live Nation presales at 10 a.m. Wednesday and a venue presale at 10 a.m. Thursday.

Goo Goo Dolls’ last show in Pittsburgh came on Sept. 22, 2022, at Stage AE.
