The North Shore will be the place to be Monday night when the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Houston Texans in the AFC Wild Card game at Acrisure Stadium.

Kickoff is set for 8:15 p.m.

Tickets

The Steelers released a limited number of tickets for the game and others are available on the secondary market.

Technology

Fans attending the game are encouraged to download the Steelers mobile app and make sure they’ve enabled location services and turned on game day alerts.

Fans also are directed to save their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to ensure they access tickets.

Acrisure Stadium is a cashless venue. Credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Parking/transportation

Fans are encouraged to plan their transportation and parking in advance and to arrive at least two hours early. Parking lots will open at 3:15 p.m. Gates to the stadium open at 6:15 p.m.

Pre-sold parking is available using JustPark. To reserve, visit the Acrisure Stadium website or the Steelers mobile app.

Tailgating is permitted in the pre-sold lots surrounding the stadium.

Gameday pay-parking/non-pre-sold parkers are strongly encouraged to utilize alternative parking at:

• Downtown garages and ride the free Light Rail Transit to the North Shore.

• Station Square and ride the Gateway Clipper Fleet.

• South Hills Light Rail Lots (free) and ride the Light Rail Transit to the North Shore.

Gameday parkers arriving on the North Shore from I-279 less than two hours before game time are urged to take Exit 1C to park at Rivers Casino, Beaver Avenue or Western Avenue, or Exit 1D from I-279 Northbound or Exit 2B from I-279 Southbound to park at the Blue 10 Garage or the Nova Place Garage.

The Kamin Science Center lots (Green 31, 32, 33) open for gameday parking at 4:15 p.m.

Bag policy

Bags are permitted in the stadium provided that they are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12-by-6-by-12 inches. All bags are subject to search.

Pregame festivities

Here’s a look at some planned events prior to kickoff:

• Fans can visit the Steelers Experience on Art Rooney Avenue for photo opportunities, entertainment and prize giveaways, starting three hours before kickoff.

• Stage AE will be the Official Tailgate Zone, featuring live music, viewing of highlights and games, as well as food and drink specials and contests. Guitar Zack will perform.

• The FedEx Great Hall will be open for photos and viewing of a live pregame show, as well as access to the Steelers Pro Shop and concessions. The pregame show will begin 30 minutes before kickoff.

• The FedEx Air & Ground Zone is located outside of Gate A and features a 44- by 25-yard football field with various football drills and activities.

• Former Steelers quarterback and TV/radio personality Charlie Batch will be the guest for the Legend Q&A in the FedEx Great Hall starting at 6:45 p.m. Former Steeler Arthur Moats will host.

• The first 25,000 fans who enter will receive a giveaway after scanning their ticket.

• Grammy-accredited singer Norelle Simpson will perform the national anthem.

A playoffs drone show will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Terrible Towel during halftime, weather permitting.

Monday’s forecast calls for a gametime temperature of 33 degrees and partly cloudy skies. Some wind will make it feel as cold as 17 degrees though no precipitation is expected.
