Kai Cox scored 29 points to lead Trib HSSN Class 6A No. 1 New Castle to a 63-49 victory over Class 5A No. 3 Lincoln Park on Saturday at the Ron Galbreath Classic at Westminster College.
Damian Harrison added 12 points for the Red Hurricanes (13-0), who built a cushion with a 19-8 advantage in the second quarter. Josh Pratt scored 25 points and Malcolm Fry added 11 for the Leopards (10-4).
Carlynton 57, Ambridge 53 – Isaac Anker scored 13 points, Graydon Harvey added 11 and Carlynton (3-11) used a 19-4 advantage in the second quarter to grab a nonsection win. Jared Astorino scored 21, Jaden Price added 14 and Emmitt Olenic had 12 for Ambridge (4-8).
Greensburg Salem 64, Geibel Catholic 62 – Solomon Cain scored 21 points and Jackson Stevey added 20 as Greensburg Salem (8-7) beat Geibel Catholic (8-7) in a nonsection game. Brody Burkholder added 11 points and Ty Harkcom had 10 for the Golden Lions. Evan Strimel scored a game-high 27 points for the Gators while Seth Dolan tacked on 14.
Moon 49, Farrell 46 – Jackson Bauman scored 18 points to lead Moon (12-2) at the Ron Galbreath Classic at Westminster College.
Neshannock 80, Nazareth Prep 58 – David Kwiat hit six 3-pointers and finished with 18 points to lead Neshannock (10-3) at the Ron Galbreath Classic at Westminster College. Luca Pagley added 17 and Jino Mozzocio chipped in 11 for the Lancers. Grey Wible scored 23 points and Ahsan Harrison followed with 17 for Nazareth Prep (4-10).
Plum 76, Shady Side Academy 53 – In nonsection play, Xavier Barton scored 25 points and Bryce Nabozny added 19 as Plum (4-11) defeated Shady Side Academy (6-8). Owen Proskin contributed 15 points for the Mustangs while Bryce Wheeler paced the Bulldogs with 19 points.
Portersville Christian 58, Chewick Christian 52 – Christian Palmer scored 20 points, Cory Charles followed with 14 and Matt Ramos added 10 to lead Portersville Christian to a Southwestern Christian Athletic Conference win. Brady Rochkind scored 25, Joe Rosio chipped in 12 and Sam Kostick had 10 for Cheswick Christian.
South Park 56, Keystone Oaks 46 – Cooper Hochendoner scored 20 points and Luke Scarff contributed 16 to lead South Park (13-2) to a nonsection win. Erond Jakupi scored 20 points and Joseph Colton added 15 for Keystone Oaks (11-3).

Cornerstone Prep 50, Cheswick Christian 30 – Aubrey Franks scored 16 points and Abi Leon Vargas added 14 to lead Cornerstone Prep in the Southwestern Christian Athletic Conference. Grace Kostick scored 14 and Phebe Kralik added six for Cheswick Christian.
Jefferson-Morgan 48, Propel Montour 35 – Ava Wood scored 23 points and sank five 3-pointers as Jefferson-Morgan (8-8) beat Propel Montour at the Lady Quips Classic. Cashmere Johnson and Ri’Wiyah scored 10 points each for Propel Montour.
Moon 35, Gateway 29 – At the Lady Quips Classic, Maddie Wilson scored 16 points to lead Moon (5-10) to victory over Gateway (2-11).
Neshannock 58, Grove City 35 – Payton Newman had 29 points, 21 rebounds and seven steals to power Neshannock (11-3) at the Ron Galbreath Classic at Westminster College.
North Allegheny 31, Shaler 23 – In nonsection play, Rae Shanahan scored 14 points as North Allegheny (7-7) defeated Shaler (10-6).
Pine-Richland 42, North Catholic 28 – Mia LaDonne scored 15 points and Cate Gentile contributed 10 points as Pine-Richland (9-7) beat North Catholic (9-5) in a nonsection game.
Riverview 54, Deer Lakes 40 – Isabel Chaparro hit six 3-pointers on the way to scoring 27 points to lead Riverview (7-5) to the nonsection win over Deer Lakes (8-7). Blake Huffman added 11 points for Riverview while Sydney Sharkins scored 11 points for Deer Lakes.
South Park 53, Keystone Oaks 34 – Hayley Bennett scored 17 points and Nika Contakos added 14 points as South Park (10-6) beat Keystone Oaks (8-6) in a nonsection game. Hannah York posted 17 points in the loss.
