As district teams wrapped up the first half of section play and began the second half, the elite teams kept posting victories this past week.

In the boys power rankings, Central Catholic fell at Upper St. Clair and Lincoln Park lost to New Castle, dropping both the Vikings and Leopards down one spot.

The big change in the girls Trib 10 was North Catholic falling out of the power rankings following losses to Oakland Catholic and Pine-Richland.

That opens the door for Penn-Trafford to debut in the Trib 10.

The very top of the rankings remain the same again with South Fayette girls and New Castle boys still at No. 1.

Here is the latest edition of the Trib 10 basketball power rankings. Teams are listed with overall record and last week’s ranking. These rankings have zero classification boundaries.
