Not this time.

More than a month after taking its worst beating in Horizon League play, Robert Morris turned the tables Sunday on Oakland and handed the Golden Grizzlies their worst conference loss of the season.

Nikolaos Chitikoudis scored 20 points with 13 rebounds, DeSean Goode added 18 points with 12 rebounds and Robert Morris broke loose from a close game with a second-half scoring explosion to rock Oakland, 93-69, at UPMC Events Center.

It was an about-face from Oakland’s 96-73 victory over Robert Morris on Jan. 4 in Rochester, Mich.

Ryan Prather Jr. and Ta’Zir Smith also scored 18 points each for Robert Morris (18-10, 10-7). Darius Livingston chipped in 15 for the Colonials, who won for the fourth consecutive time and seventh time in nine games.

Ziare Wells led Oakland (14-13, 10-6) with 19 points. Brody Robinson added 16 points and Michael Hogue finished with 10.

Robert Morris clung to a 42-38 halftime lead before outscoring Oakland in the second half, 51-31.

The Colonials shot 58% to Oakland’s 39% and outrebounded the Golden Grizzlies, 40-31.
