Love, hijinks and mayhem on the high seas rounded out a nautical performance of Cole Porter’s “Anything Goes” at Shady Side Academy.

Performances were held Feb. 13-15 at the Richard E. Rauh Theater in the Hillman Center for Performing Arts.

Led by The Gargoyle Society, the student performing arts organization at Shady Side Academy, the group produces, manages and performs in several school productions annually.

The boy-meets-girl story takes place aboard the SS American during the 1930s.

The cast included Oliver Seo as Moonface Martin, Talia Schwartz as Emma, Noah Thompson-Jones as Billy Crocker, Drew Little as Captain, Lily Toma as Mrs. Evangeline Harcourt, Corinne Sample as Hope Harcourt, Torben Clark as Lord Evelyn Oakleigh, Lily Salmond as Angel, Pilar Placci as Angel, Juliet Sykes as Reno Sweeney, and Lindey Brody, Lauren Grand, Ivy Seo, Hanna Singhi, Makayla Miller and Ozge Uzman as Reno’s Angels.

The show was directed by Dek Ingraham choreographed by Amanda Olmstead.
