“We are bringing the magic that is in ‘Frozen’ to the stage through a lot of students’ hard work and talent. The community is incredibly excited and fueling our excitement for this show,” said Bob Tozier, director of the musical.

The musical is adapted from Disney’s popular first “Frozen” movie, which hit theaters in 2013.

“The cast continually reminds the directing team that they grew up with this Disney story. It is very near and dear to their hearts. We see this in their strong level of engagement throughout the learning process,” said Tozier, who also chairs the district’s music department.

The show includes all of the film’s popular songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, including “For the First Time in Forever/Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” and “Let It Go,” along with new music written exclusively for the stage.
