Two people have been taken into custody following a drug bust in Penn Hills on Friday morning.

Their names have not yet been released in connection with the investigation, and the charges against them are pending.

Police executed a search warrant at a home in the 300 block of Idlewood Road.

Allegheny County Police detectives seized a stolen AR-15-style rifle, more than 100 bricks of fentanyl, a half-kilo of cocaine, 2 ounces of crack cocaine, 2.2 pounds of marijuana and about $15,000 in cash.

County police said charges are pending.

Calls to Penn Hills Police Chief Jason Bonace Friday evening were not immediately returned.

Involved in Friday mornings raid were the Allegheny County Police Department’s Narcotics, Vice and Intelligence Unit, Penn Hills police and state parole officers.
