Two women were found dead Wednesday in a Butler County home after an apparent murder-suicide, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Officers in Jackson Township responded to a home on Dior Drive for a reported welfare check, according to state police. They entered the home and found two women, who were not identified, dead from gunshot wounds.
The women were found following an investigation in Hillside, Ill., where a man was found dead by suicide after he called Hillside police to report the dead women in the Jackson Township home, state police said.
The man was not identified.
The two women found dead are believed to be related to the man in Illinois, state police said.
Police are not searching for any other people involved in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
