Pitt announced its 2026 promotion schedule for the upcoming football season, featuring themes for each of the Panthers’ seven home games this fall.

On Sept. 5, Pitt begins the season at Acrisure Stadium vs. Miami (Ohio). The Panthers will celebrate the history of their program as well as the city with “Pittsburgh Day.”

The following week when Central Florida visits Sept. 12, Pitt will honor its 2026 Hall of Fame class. Inductees will be formally announced in May.

The Panthers host Syracuse the evening of Sept. 17, with that Thursday night’s theme entitled “Party on the North Shore.”

Pitt’s Sept. 26 home game vs. Bucknell will be homecoming.

When North Carolina visits Oct. 10, the Panthers will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its legendary 1976 national championship squad.

On Oct. 31, ahead of its game vs. Georgia Tech, Pitt plans to honor the military, frontline workers and first responders with a “Hail to Heroes” theme.

Finally, Nov. 13, will serve as Senior Night, with Pitt’s home finale vs. Florida State that Friday night.
