New ballpark bites are on deck at PNC Park for the upcoming Pittsburgh Pirates season.
The team unveiled the new lineup Wednesday, featuring creative spins on Steel City staples — from pierogies and kielbasa to chipped ham favorites.
In total, nine new menu items will be available at select spots throughout the ballpark.
- Boricua Dog: A Puerto Rican-inspired hot dog with a Pittsburgh twist. Ingredients include sofrito beef, Smallman Street Deli kraut, yellow mustard, American cheese, ketchup, braised onion and potato sticks served on a roll. (Section 135)
- Coop Puppy: Sweet tea-brined chicken on a toasted roll, topped with ketchup-braised onion, ranch and shredded lettuce. (Section 144)
- Chipped Ham Fries: This is a chipped ham sandwich-inspired dish, which is a local favorite in Pittsburgh. On top of French fries will be chipped ham, sauce, cheddar sauce and garlic butter. (HPC Market, Section 118)
- Cold Pierogi Salad: The Pittsburgh-inspired salad includes sour cream dressing, green onion, garlic powder ranch seasoning, onion powder, shredded cheddar and diced bacon. (HPC Market, Section 118)
- Empanada: Empanadas will be available in chicken or a special vegan offering, both served with ajo crema. (Section 136)
- Heavy Hitter Dog: A full footlong hot dog with cornbread coating, yellow mustard and pico de gallo, served in a special baseball bat boat. (Section 146)
- Kettle Nacho: Kettle cooked chips will be topped with with kielbasa, caramelized onion, pico de gallo and sriracha ketchup. (HPC Market, Section 118)
- Nutella Beignets: A New Orleans favorite with a twist, fresh beignets will be topped with caramel and whipped cream. (Sections 144 & 146)
- Smoked Turkey Leg with Mac & Cheese: The turkey leg will be served with smoked gouda mac and cheese, BBQ sauce and coleslaw. (Section 140)
“There is so much to be excited for this upcoming season, and that list includes our new food offerings around PNC Park,” Pirates President Travis Williams said in the announcement. “Every year, we work with our partners Aramark Sports Entertainment to add to our already extensive food offerings to include items that will surely be must-haves for fans attending a Pirates game.
“This year is no different, and we are especially excited to continue to add Pittsburgh favorites for our local fans as well as those visiting from out of town.”
Also coming for the 2026 Pirates season are three specialty souvenir items: a Miller Lite Beer Bat available at select stands throughout PNC Park, a Fastball souvenir cup available at select locations throughout the park and ice cream souvenir plastic helmets with three different Pirates logo options that fans can try to collect.
The Pirates said there will be two more Tenders Love & Chicken stands added throughout the ballpark, and the Pirates Treasure Map will have an updated design with new hidden features for fans to explore around PNC Park.
