State police are seeking help from the public to identify a man seen throwing punches last month outside Jigger’s Pub in Export.

The man is seen in surveillance video released by police Tuesday walking out of the bar onto a sidewalk and talking to two people who were outside just before 10:30 p.m. March 10. He talks to them for about 15 seconds before punching one person in the face.

The two engage in a fight and throw punches at each other before the suspect goes back inside the bar as others walk by. The suspect was described as wearing a red T-shirt, black baseball cap and black pants. Police said he has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

The person who was punched had teeth broken in the fight, but wasn’t hospitalized, police said.

Anyone with information on the identity of the man wearing the red T-shirt is asked to contact troopers at the Kiski station at 724-697-5780.
