Chase Smith doubled and had two RBIs for the Blue Devils (7-3, 2-2). Cayden Laskosky had a home run and two RBIs while Massimo Falconi had a double, triple and RBI for Canon-McMillan (11-1, 6-1).

Allderdice 8, New Castle 4 – Niv Friedman tripled and had three RBIs and Noah Landi doubled and plated two runs to lead Allderdice (4-5) to a nonsection win. Paul Malley (RBI) and Phillip Laurenza both doubled for New Castle (6-4).

Ambridge 12, Central Valley 6 – Carter Mason had a double and a home run with two RBIs to lead Ambridge (5-3, 4-2) to a Section 1-4A win. Colten Wetzel went 3 for 4 with three RBIs for the Bridgers. Brandon Woelfel doubled and drove in three runs for Central Valley (1-8, 0-5).

Avella 6, Jeannette 4 – Noah Kimberland tripled and had an RBI and Luca Davis doubled and drove in a run to lead Avella (9-2, 6-1) to a Section 1-A win. Noah Rattigan (2 for 3) and Wyatt Schaeffer both doubled and had RBIs for Jeannette (5-5, 1-4).

Avonworth 11, Shady Side Academy 1 – Carter Latore tripled and had four RBIs and Carson Franc (3 for 4) doubled and drove in four runs to lead Avonworth (8-4, 5-0) to a Section 2-3A win. Cole Little doubled for Shady Side Academy (4-5, 2-3).

Baldwin 13, Gateway 2 – Aiden Robinson homered and plated three runs while Devin Staziano (2 for 3) and Hudson McKain each doubled and had three RBIs to lead Baldwin (7-2, 4-1) to a Section 4-5A win over Gateway (4-7, 2-3).

Beaver 6, Blackhawk 0 – Jackson Reese pitched seven scoreless innings, recording three strikeouts and four walks, to lead Beaver (7-4, 5-2) to a Section 1-4A win. David Corob doubled and had an RBI while Eli Maze went 3 for 3 and drove in a run for the Bobcats. Carter Davis had the lone hit for Blackhawk (7-2, 4-1).

Belle Vernon 9, Elizabeth Forward 3 – Nate Kostelnik doubled and drove in three runs and Chace Petrosky knocked in a pair of runs to lead Belle Vernon (8-2, 6-1) to a Section 2-4A win. JB Crovak singled, doubled and drove in a run for Elizabeth Forward (6-4, 4-1).

Bishop Canevin 4, Springdale 2 – John Poppert struck out 10 while giving up two hits in seven innings for Bishop Canevin (4-6) in nonsection play. Jackson Maddix homered and had two RBIs, while Nate Astor doubled for the Crusaders. Joe Rosio and Andrew Redman each singled and had RBIs for Springdale (1-7).

Burgettstown 5, Beth-Center 1 – Winning pitcher Matt Bredel gave up one run on two hits and struck out 11 while Blake Neal doubled and knocked in two runs and Bryce Speer went 3 for 3 with an RBI as Burgettstown (4-5, 2-3) beat Beth-Center (0-8, 0-7) in Section 1-2A. Jacob Nopwaskey drove in a run for the Bulldogs.

Butler 5, Hempfield 0 – Nolan Stafniak pitched four no-hit innings with nine strikeouts, Nash Cuffman tripled and drove in two runs and Mavrik Clement had a double and an RBI for Butler (8-3) in a nonsection win. Anthony Totin and Ian Kovalcik had hits for Hempfield (4-7).

California 10, Bentworth 6 – Kaden Weston tripled and drove in two runs and winning pitcher Weston Monticelli and Logan Hartley each plated a pair of runs to lead California (7-2, 5-0) to a Section 1-2A win. Sam Wade went 3 for 4 with a double and an RBI for Bentworth (2-6, 1-6).

Carlynton 6, Brentwood 2 – Winning pitcher Isaac Anker yielded two runs, one earned, on two hits and struck out 11 in six innings while Eric Firle went 3 for 4 with a double and five RBIs as Carlynton (3-6, 2-3) beat Brentwood (2-5, 1-5) in Section 3-2A. Andrew Schmidt plated a run for the Spartans.

Connellsville 11, McKeesport 1 – Caden Matthews tripled and had four RBIs and Geno Farrelll went 2 for 3 to lead Connellsville (4-7, 1-4) to a Section 4-5A win. Nico Price doubled and drove in a run for McKeesport (1-9, 0-5).

Derry 4, Highlands 1 – Cason Long tripled and drove in a run, Donovan Trimble had two RBIs and winning pitcher Max Doherty singled and doubled for Derry (5-5, 2-3) in a Section 3-4A win. Luke Lattus singled and drove in a run for Highlands (0-10, 0-5).

Eden Christian 19, Sewickley Academy 1 – Brady Hull went 3 for 3 with two home runs and seven RBIs to power Eden Christian (6-3, 5-0) to a Section 3-A win. Andrew Sharpless went 3 for 3 with three RBIs and Levi Parrott went 2 for 3 with two RBIs for Eden Christian. Carter Jackson doubled and drove in a run for Sewickley Academy (5-4, 3-2).

Ellwood City 11, Quaker Valley 1 – Cameron Mills went 2 for 4 with a double and three RBIs while Jordan Keller had a double and an RBI to lead Ellwood City (8-1, 4-1) to a Section 1-3A win over Quaker Valley (4-4, 2-2). Geordan Bokor singled and knocked in two runs for the Wolverines.

Fox Chapel 2, Mars 1 – Gino Pototo had the game-winning single in the bottom of the seventh to lead Fox Chapel (5-5, 4-3) past Mars (3-7, 1-4) in Section3-5A. Blake Krushinski allowed one run on three hits with 10 strikeouts and Joey Geller pitched a scoreless seventh for the Foxes. Milan Fluhme went 2 for 3 in the win

Franklin Regional 10, Latrobe 5 – Anthony Mitchell went 3 for 4 with a double and three RBIs, Lucas Brazel singled, doubled and knocked in four runs and Liam Bernadowski had a single, double and RBI for Franklin Regional (11-2, 4-1) in a Section 1-5A win. Josh Short tripled and drove in three runs for Latrobe (9-2, 5-2).

Freedom 5, Laurel 4 – Winning pitcher Garrett Drutarosky gave up two runs, one earned, on six hits and struck out six in six innings while Mason O’Donnell, Xavier Robbins and Zach Kuntz each drove in a run as Freedom (5-4, 5-2) clipped Laurel (2-6, 2-3) in Section 2-2A. William Zwolenik doubled and plated a run for the Spartans.

Greensburg Central Catholic 10, Carmichaels 2 – Tyler Samide had a grand slam to power Greensburg Central Catholic (5-0, 5-0) to a Section 1-A win over Carmichaels (5-5, 4-3). Carson Kramer (two RBIs) and Stephen Kochis (RBI) both doubled for the Centurions.

Indiana 18, Greensburg Salem 6 – Charlie Manzi went 3 for 3 with two homers and five RBIs and Ethan Shank doubled, tripled, homered and also knocked in five to lead Indiana (7-1, 5-0) in Section 3-4A. Robert Visnick singled and drove in two runs for Greensburg Salem (1-7, 0-5).

Jefferson-Morgan 8, West Greene 4 – Deakyn Dehoet tripled and had two RBIs while John Woodward (1 for 3) and Tyler McVay (1 for 4) each had two RBIs to lead Jefferson-Morgan (4-7, 3-4) to a Section 1-A win. Jacob Rizor singled and had two RBIs and Levi Yeater doubled for West Greene (2-9, 2-3).

Keystone Oaks 3, Charleroi 2 – Shane Falcone hit an RBI double and Reese Bickel delivered an RBI groundout as Keystone Oaks (4-5, 2-3) scored twice in the eighth for a walk-off win in Section 4-3A. Max Boehm singled and doubled for the Golden Eagles. Jaxson Klinger hit an RBI groundout to give Charleroi (3-5, 3-4) a lead in the top of the eighth. Klinger also singled and doubled for the Cougars.

Kiski Area 17, Armstrong 5 – Zach Hald homered and had four RBIs while Lucas Klimkowski had a double, triple and three RBIs to lead Kiski Area (2-7, 2-3) to a Section 1-5A win. Caden Andryka and Garrett Brumbaugh both doubled and plated a run for Armstrong (3-8, 2-5).

Laurel Highlands 8, Albert Gallatin 7 – Noah Lion homered and had two RBIs to lead Laurel Highlands (2-7, 1-4) to a Section 2-4A win. Kayden Perez went 2 for 2 with two RBIs for Albert Gallatin (1-8, 0-7).

Leechburg 8, Aquinas Academy 0 – Garrett Jones gave up one hit and struck out seven in five innings while Steven Senjan and Cameron Shimer each threw an inning of no-hit relief to lead Leechburg (4-3, 3-2) to a Section 2-A win. Dylan Whitlinger went 3 for 4 with a triple and three RBIs and Mason Scitticatt had two hits and an RBI for the Blue Devils. Brendan Roney had the lone hit for Aquinas Academy (4-3, 2-3).

Mapletown 6, Monessen 5 – Carson Vanata struck out 10 and gave up one run across 5⅔ innings to lead Mapletown (1-9, 1-6) to a nonsection win. Vanata also tripled for the Maples while Coltin Halbert and Cameryn Shaffer each singled and had an RBI. Jacob Dell, Nate Speicher and Colton Shawley singled for Monessen (0-9, 0-6).

McGuffey 6, Brownsville 2 – Wyatt Hildreth gave up two runs, one earned, on six hits and struck out eight while Sam Stout drove in three runs as McGuffey (3-7, 2-3) defeated Brownsville (2-6, 2-5) in Section 4-3A. Jeremiah McDonald doubled twice for the Falcons.

Mohawk 7, Beaver Falls 1 – Vinny Pezzuolo struck out nine and gave up one run in five innings to lead Mohawk (7-1, 3-1) to a Section 1-3A win. Tallan Swanson doubled and had three RBIs and Landon Schmid (1 for 2) had two RBIs for the Warriors. Jackson Quinn went 2 for 2 with an RBI for Beaver Falls (2-3, 1-3).

Neshannock 20, Aliquippa 0; Neshannock 21, Aliquippa 0 – Neshannock (9-1, 5-1) swept Aliquippa (0-8, 0-8) in a Section 2-2A doubleheader. In the first game, Nathan Rickel tripled, doubled and drove in four runs and Kevin Gierlach also tripled and plated three runs for the Lancers. Cole Hutchison and Luca Pagely each knocked in a run and Mason Moroz picked up a win. In the second game, Robert Bailey and Evan Owens each had three hits and two RBIs and Gregory Measel struck out five in two innings.

North Allegheny 6, Central Catholic 1 – Liam Cooper pitched six innings and struck out five to lead North Allegheny (5-4, 2-2) to Section 1-6A win. Mason Dratfinsky singled and had two RBIs and Ryan Evanish doubled for the Tigers. Reece Hankinson and Ricky Zilaltis doubled for Central Catholic (6-5, 5-2).

North Catholic 4, Hampton 3 – Landon Petok (2 for 4) hit a walk-off RBI single to secure the Section 1-4A win for North Catholic (3-4, 1-3). Matthew Madonna homered for the Trojans. Brody Junker went 2 for 4 and had two RBIs for Hampton (5-6, 2-5).

Norwin 12, Woodland Hills 0 – Jake Knight gave up three hits in five shutout innings, Caden Sivrich homered and drove in three runs, Liam O’Donnell had a triple and two RBIs and Derek Berger had a double and two RBIs to lead Norwin (6-4, 4-3) past Woodland Hills (5-4, 0-4) in Section 2-6A.

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart 6, Apollo-Ridge 5 – Dean Douglass hit a go-ahead three-run triple in the top of the seventh to lead OLSH (7-3, 5-0) to a Section 3-2A win. Colby Lane and Bruno Williams each doubled for the Chargers. Brody Henderson doubled and drove in two and Alex Clawson had a double and an RBI for Apollo-Ridge (4-4, 3-4).

Pine-Richland 11, West Allegheny 1 – Logan Plummer and Cooper Stiscak both homered and drove in four runs to power Pine-Richland (8-3, 7-0) to a Section 3-5A win. Carson King pitched five innings, giving up one run while striking out four, for the Rams. Danny Sorenson had an RBI single for West Allegheny (4-4, 3-2).

Plum 10, Penn Hills 0 – Connor Wilson and Brennan Ryan (double) each had two RBIs to lead Plum (9-1, 4-1) to a Section 1-5A win over Penn Hills (0-8, 0-7). Braden Kemmerer allowed one hit and struck out seven in six innings to earn the win.

Riverview 5, South Side 4 – Owen Orbich hit a two-run double during a three-run fifth and winning pitcher Rex Roberts went 3 for 4 with two RBIs to lead Riverview (8-2, 6-1) to a Section 3-2A win. Brooks Mzyk singled and drove in a run for South Side (5-3, 3-2).

Seneca Valley 11, North Hills 7 – Brandon Godleski doubled and had three RBIs, Micah Olayer doubled, Luis Torrenegra had nine strikeouts and Seneca Valley (7-5, 2-2) got the Section 1-6A win. Ty Pollaro and Cooper Ravenstahl both doubled for North Hills (2-10, 1-6).

Shenango 9, New Brighton 4 – Trey Ross doubled, tripled and had and RBI to lead Shenango (9-1, 5-0) to a Section 2-2A win. Nate Deem doubled and had two RBIs for the Wildcats. Jaxson Zahn doubled while Casy Bloom (2 for 4) had an RBI for New Brighton (3-6, 3-4).

South Allegheny 16, East Allegheny 0 – Liam Fonner doubled and had three RBIs, Ryder Alfer singled and had two RBIs, Trey Carpenter doubled and had two RBIs and South Allegheny (5-5, 2-3) shut out East Allegheny (0-8, 0-5) in Section 2-3A. Koltin Keener gave up one hit in five innings, striking out four.

South Park 11, Steel Valley 0 – Cooper Hochendoner threw five scoreless innings, allowing three hits and striking out 12, to lead South Park (7-0, 5-0) to a Section 2-3A win over Steel Valley (4-6, 2-3). Hochendoner doubled and had three RBIs while Ryan Spitznagel and William Hays both doubled and had RBIs for the Eagles.

Summit Academy 17, Perry Traditional 2 – Ashton Tinsley homered and had two RBIs to lead Summit Academy (1-4) to a nonsection win. De’Onte Herring went 2 for 2 and had an RBI for Perry Traditional (0-3).

Thomas Jefferson 5, Montour 0 – Colin Pearson gave up three hits and struck out eight in five innings and Noah Sear didn’t give up a hit in two innings of relief to lead Thomas Jefferson (8-3, 4-1) past Montour (6-4, 4-1) in Section 4-5A. Trinity 12, Penn-Trafford 11 – Derek Falvo had two doubles and four RBIs and Ayvari Donley had a double and two RBIs to lead Trinity (4-7) to a nonsection win. Tanner DeStefano homered and had four RBIs while Colton Tyburski doubled and had an RBI for Penn-Trafford (7-4).

Valley 6, Knoch 1 – Nikolas Heakins went 3 for 4 with a home run, Brady Moore also homered and winning pitcher Julian Danko singled and doubled to lead Valley (9-2, 4-1) to a Section 3-4A win. Dante Pelloni singled and doubled for Knoch (9-3, 4-1).

Waynesburg 4, Seton LaSalle 2 – Austin Surber went 3 for 3, Jarett Tretinik singled and Waynesburg (3-7, 3-2) got the Section 4-3A win. Ryan Kerr went 1 for 3 with an RBI for Seton LaSalle (7-2, 6-1).

Western Beaver 10, Union 2 – Christian Stefankis had a triple, home run and four RBIs to power Western Beaver (6-0, 6-0) to a Section 2-A win. Carter Marshall had two RBIs and August Lichtner also drove in a run for the Golden Beavers. Fred Settle doubled for Union (2-8, 2-3), while Geno Biondi plated a run.

West Mifflin 2, Ringgold 1 – Justin Dillon and Nate Fleming doubled to lead West Mifflin to a Section 2-4A win. Eli Kurta had one strikeout and got the win for the Titans (9-2, 5-0). Ashton Mincin doubled and Kennedy Nash singled and had an RBI for Ringgold (4-7, 3-4).

Apollo-Ridge 11, Shady Side Academy 5 – Mikaila Ditty went 4 for 4 with a pair of doubles and three RBIs, winning pitcher Jocelyn Snyder tripled and drove in two and Julie Bertino doubled and plated two as Apollo-Ridge (3-3, 2-1) defeated Shady Side Academy (0-3, 0-3) in Section 2-2A. Becca Schriver went 3 for 3 with a home run and two RBI for the Bulldogs.

Avonworth 8, Hopewell 1 – Winning pitcher Ali Linhart gave up one unearned run on five hits and struck out nine while Anna Fowler homered twice and drove in three and Reese Long hit a solo home run as Avonworth (6-4, 4-1) beat Hopewell (1-5, 1-3) in Section 2-3A. Marina Pinchotti singled for the Vikings.

Baldwin 7, Connellsville 2 – Winning pitcher Melina Defelice gave up two runs, one earned, on six hits and struck out nine while driving in a run and doubling to lead Baldwin (10-1, 8-0) to a Section 4-5A win. Bentworth 4, Frazier 3 – Zoie McDonald smacked a walk-off RBI double in the bottom of the seventh to lift Bentworth (9-0, 4-0) past Frazier (4-6, 2-4) in Section 4-2A. Sydney Gonglik struck out 14 in seven innings and Makayla Gonglik drove in two for the Bearcats. Emma Essington doubled and knocked in two runs for the Commodores.

Elizabeth Forward 16, Oakland Catholic 1 – Addy Nigut homered, doubled and drove in six, Julia Resnik doubled and plated two runs and winning pitcher Berlyn Holibaugh doubled and drove in a run as Elizabeth Forward (10-2, 9-0) beat Oakland Catholic (1-5, 1-5) in Section 2-4A. Madison Pullen plated a run for the Eagles.

Fox Chapel 15, Penn HIlls 0 – Giuliana Foley homered and drove in two, winning pitcher Jillian Haigh struck out eight and went 2 for 3 with a double and three RBIs and Bailey Mack knocked in three as Fox Chapel (8-3, 5-3) blanked Penn Hills (0-10, 0-9) in Section 1-5A. Addison Helsel had the only hit for Penn Hills.

Freeport 10, Highlands 4 – Addyson Caruso doubled twice and plated three runs while Lauren Clark, Addison Gourley and Mady Bell each drove in a run as Freeport (5-5, 3-4) defeated Highlands (0-8, 0-6) in Section 1-4A. Mallory Zendarski knocked in two runs for the Golden Rams. Ali Smith got the win for the Yellowjackets.

Hampton 15, Ambridge 0 – Alena Zottola and Mackenzie Peck each tripled and drove in two runs, winning pitcher Teresa Fritsch doubled twice and plated two runs and Victoria Holtz doubled and had an RBI as Hampton (4-3, 4-3) cruised to a Section 3-4A win. Gianna Georgakis had the only hit for Ambridge (0-6, 0-5).

Hempfield 17, Pine-Richland 2 – Ella Berkebile went 4 for 4 with a triple and five RBIs, Claire Mitchell homered, doubled and drove in two and Emily Bozek doubled and plated two as Hempfield (9-1, 7-0) cruised to a Section 1-6A win. Abbey Laurent homered and knocked in a pair for Pine-Richland (3-7, 2-6).

Hickory 11, New Castle 4 – Winning pitcher AJ Jarzab went 4 for 4 with a home run, two doubles and four RBIs and Oliva Schneider doubled and plated three runs as Hickory bested New Castle (7-5) in nonsection play. Mya Dwyer and Chloe Stalnecker each had two hits and an RBI for the Hurricanes.

Indiana 5, Derry 0 – Claire Brewer and Sophia Boyer each homered while Rachel Livermore doubled and brought in a run and Samantha Martin got the win as Indiana (8-2, 7-0) shut out Derry (4-4, 3-3) in Section 1-4A.

Jefferson-Morgan 15, Avella 1 – Winning pitcher Emilee Bazzoli gave up one run on three hits and struck out 15 while Braelynn Bayles doubled and knocked in five and Kallyn Novak went 3 for 4 with two RBIs as Jefferson-Morgan (8-2, 5-1) rolled to a Section 2-A win. Paisley Downey tripled for Avella (0-6, 0-3).

Kiski Area 5, Armstrong 2 – Alyssa Perona homered and finished with three RBIs, Kaylee Morrow tripled and drove in a run and winning pitcher Madison Rearic struck out eight as Kiski Area (10-2, 7-2) beat Armstrong (7-4, 7-2) in Section 2-5A. Sophia Shumaker went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs for the River Hawks.

Mohawk 7, Ellwood City 1 – Reagan Magno gave up one run on two hits and struck out 10 while Mylie Pistorius tripled, doubled and had an RBI and Kaitlyn Hare tripled and plated a run as Mohawk (6-1, 4-0) defeated Ellwood City (2-4, 1-3) in Section 2-3A. Amber McQuiston had two hits for the Wolverines.

Monessen 17, Ellis School 2 – Bry’Aunna Cook doubled twice and drove in two runs and Grace Clingenpeel had a triple and two RBIs to lead Monessen (2-6, 2-3) to a Section 3-A win. Kylie Rapneth singled and drove in a run for Ellis School (0-3, 0-2).

Montour 11, Upper St. Clair 4 – Hailey Staub homered, doubled and drove in five runs, Natalie Ciamacco went 3 for 4 with a double and a pair of RBIs and Savannah McClean got the win as Montour (7-2, 5-1) rolled to a Section 3-5A win. Alexandra Demas homered, doubled and drove in three for Upper St. Clair (3-6, 1-4).

Neshannock 16, Freedom 0 – Gianna Paglia doubled twice and drove in five runs, Ginana DeSalvo clubbed three doubles and plated four runs and Jaidon Nogay doubled and had three RBIs as Neshannock (7-1, 5-1) blanked Freedom (1-4, 1-4) in Section 1-2A. Jordyn Moehrle had the lone hit for the Bulldogs. Gabriella Antuono tripled and knocked in two for the Lancers.

New Brighton 21, Aliquippa 1 – Amariona Stanford went 2 for 2 with four RBIs, Hope Wall brought home two runs and Myah Adkins got the win as New Brighton (4-5, 2-5) defeated Aliquippa (0-5, 0-5) in Section 1-2A.

North Allegheny 11, Butler 2 – Taylor Condiotte went 3 for 3 with a pair of doubles and three RBIs, Brianna Mensch doubled and knocked in three and Cailyn Wateska and Erin Fadgen each doubled and drove in a run as North Allegheny (4-5, 4-4) battered Butler (1-9, 1-7) in Section 1-6A. Kaylan Garbinski doubled and knocked in a run for the Golden Tornado.

North Catholic 7, Western Beaver 2 – Winning pitcher Kennedy Brown gave up two runs on five hits, struck out seven in five innings and tripled and knocked in two runs to lead North Catholic (6-1, 5-0) to a Section 3-4A win. Lauren Golebiewski doubled and brought in two runs for the Trojans. Bella Colatriano went 3 for 3 with a solo home run for Western Beaver (3-4, 1-3).

North Hills 10, Mars 0 – Casey Devlin and Emma Culver each doubled and drove in two and winning pitcher Abigail Sutton yielded one hit and struck out six in four innings while doubling and driving in a run as North Hills (4-4, 4-3) blanked Mars (2-7, 2-6) in Section 1-5A. Alyssa Foltz and Paige Lauten each had a hit for the Fightin’ Planets.

Norwin 5, Canon-McMillan 4 – Madelyn Kugler went 3 for 4 with a home run and an RBI, Chloe Bavolar drove in two runs and Abbie Telli got the win for Norwin (5-3, 5-1) in a tight Section 1-6A victory. Brooke Bumer tripled and knocked in a pair for Canon-McMillan (5-4, 4-4).

Penn-Trafford 13, McKeesport 2 – Annabell Carvajal tripled and plated a pair of runs, Aria Smith tripled, doubled and drove in a run and Ella Mains and Julia Salvador each doubled and knocked in a run as Penn-Trafford (9-2, 6-1) rolled to a Section 2-5A win. Tori Thomas and Kendal Bercik each had an RBI for McKeesport (1-9, 0-9).

Peters Township 5, Albert Gallatin 1 – Lili Giulianelli gave up one unearned run on six hits and struck out eighth in seven innings while going 4 for 4 at the plate with two RBIs to power Peters Township (5-7, 4-5) to a Section 4-5A win. Kaylee Lubic and Braylin Fusco each had an RBI for the Indians. Jenna Meyers had the lone hit for Albert Gallatin (0-9, 0-8).

Quaker Valley 15, Beaver Falls 5 – Leah Weisser doubled and drove in two runs, Grace Carver went 3 for 4 with an RBI and Olivia Hoose got the win as Quaker Valley (1-3, 1-2) beat Beaver Falls (1-2, 0-2) in Section 2-3A. Reina King doubled and brought home two runs for the Tigers.

Riverside 3, Shenango 2 – Addison Drake hit the go-ahead two-run home run in the bottom of the fifth to lift Riverside (3-2, 3-2) past Shenango (9-2, 5-2) in Section 1-2A. Jaelyn Hairhoger went 2 for 3 with an RBI for the Wildcats. Jocelyn Cummings got the win for the Panthers.

Seneca Valley 10, Mt. Lebanon 0 – Emry Rice went 3 for 3 with a double and four RBIs, Noelle Hall-Loedding doubled in two runs and Abby Kalkowski and Olivia Herrem each doubled and drove in a run as Seneca Valley (8-1, 6-1) shut out Mt. Lebanon (1-9, 1-7) in Section 1-6A. Rachel Dunmire threw a five-inning one-hitter for the Raiders. Olivia Wriede doubled for the Blue Devils.

Seton LaSalle 18, Carlynton 0 – Winning pitcher Layla Chapman struck out five in a four-inning no-hitter while Kara Collins and Mariya Chajkowski each finished with four RBIs as Seton LaSalle (5-1, 3-1) defeated Carlynton (2-7, 0-6) in Section 3-2A.

Shaler 3, Plum 0 – Bria Bosiijevac threw a complete game no-hitter, walked one and struck out 12 as Shaler (10-1, 8-0) defeated Plum (7-3, 5-3) in Section 1-5A. Addy Aleski homered and plated two runs while Jayla Antomachi doubled and brought in a run for the Titans.

South Allegheny 3, Northgate 0; South Allegheny 17, Northgate 2 – South Allegheny (8-3, 7-0) swept Northgate (0-5, 0-3) in a Section 2-2A doubleheader. In Game 1, Ava Brown gave up four hits and fanned seven in five shutout innings while Jordyn Stetor doubled and Angleina LaGuardia collected three hits for the Gladiators. In Game 2, winning pitcher Carrera Conley homered, Cadence McBride went 2 for 2 with two doubles and five RBIs and Emma Jackson went 3 for 4 with a double and two RBIs for South Allegheny.

South Fayette 4, Chartiers Valley 3 – Lexi Sipos and winning pitcher Makenna Galish each scored in the top of the seventh to lift South Fayette (5-6, 4-3) past Chartiers Valley (1-7, 1-6) in Section 3-5A. Cam Valentino and Evie Vuono each doubled for the Lions. Lily Duffill had an RBI groundout in the bottom of the 11th for the Colts.

South Park 8, Keystone Oaks 0 – Sydney Sekely gave up three hits and struck out 11 in a complete-game shutout while Grace Kempton went 3 for 4 with a double and three RBIs as South Park (9-0, 6-0) thumped Keystone Oaks (6-4, 3-3) in Section 3-3A. Emma Hays and Sekely each drove in a run for the Eagles. Nina Buckley went 2 for 3 for Keystone Oaks.

South Side 23, Rochester 1 – Ariel Poelcher and Raegann Tate each drove in four runs and Emma DeLong, Miladija Pavlovich and winning pitcher Maya Ringoff knocked in three runs apiece as South Side (6-5, 5-2) battered Rochester (0-7, 0-4) in Section 1-A.

Southmoreland 12, Ligonier Valley 10 – Down 10-3 going into the seventh inning, Southmoreland (3-8, 2-5) scored nine runs to clip Ligonier Valley (3-6, 1-4) in Section 1-3A. Makayla Brown homered and drove in three, winning pitcher Zoey Murphy homered, doubled and had an RBI and Abigail Grabiak doubled and drove in two for the Scotties. Maggie Peters and Marlee Miller each plated two runs for the Rams.

Steel Valley 5, East Allegheny 2 – Brooke Grimm yielded two unearned runs on five hits and struck out nine in seven innings while Lundyn Seay homered and drove in two and Ana Wehrer doubled and plated a run as Steel Valley (4-5, 2-5) defeated East Allegheny (1-8, 0-5) in Section 3-3A. Cara Kirk plated a pair of runs for the Wildcats.

Thomas Jefferson 3, Trinity 2 – Zoie DeCostro doubled and drove in a run, Madden Stanek knocked in a run and Aubrey Shaffer yielded two runs on three hits and struck out eight as Thomas Jefferson (8-2, 7-1) edged Trinity (9-3, 4-3) in Section 4-5A. Emma Starr brought in a run for the HIllers.

Union 17, Cornell 1 – Maggie Joseph homered, doubled and drove in three, winning pitcher Korynne Shannon tripled, doubled and knocked in four and Maddie Settle went 3 for 3 with a double and three RBIs as Union (6-1, 5-0) beat Cornell (2-6, 0-5) in Section 1-A. Olivia Benedict homered, doubled and drove in two while Irelyn Fisher homered and plated two for the Scotties.

Washington 18, California 2 – Tateionna Warren went 2 for 4 with a double and four RBIs, Sophie McCort clubbed three doubles and plated three runs and winning pitcher Chessa Henderson had a pair of doubles to lead Washington (7-2, 4-1) to a Section 4-2A win. Gabbi Luncinski doubled and knocked in a run for California (0-9, 0-6).

West Allegheny 6, Moon 3 – Maylee Rider went 3 for 3 with a double and three RBIs, Madison Maritz drove in two and doubled and Hayden Martin doubled and plated a run for West Allegheny (7-0, 5-0) in a Section 3-5A victory. Alina McMahon homered for Moon (4-7, 2-4).

West Greene 18, Beth-Center 2 – Caitlin Whyte, Kylee Davis and Kendra Tharp each drove in three runs and Samantha Zimmerman picked up a win as West Greene (8-3, 5-1) beat Beth-Center (3-6, 2-4) in Section 2-A. Bella Stepp doubled and knocked in two runs for the Bulldogs.

West Mifflin 13, Uniontown 3 – Amelia Novotni doubled and drove in two runs while Bella Simak and Samantha Tomko each went 3 for 4 with an RBI to lead West Mifflin (9-2, 5-2) to a Section 2-4A win. Juliet White doubled and brought home a run for Uniontown (5-4, 3-4). Rylie Dobnak got the win for the Titans.

Yough 1, Deer Lakes 0 – Jaidyn Vay gave up three hits and struck out seven in a complete game shutout while Payton Jenkins drove in the game’s only run as Yough (9-4, 4-2) beat Deer Lakes (5-5, 2-4) in Section 1-3A. Siena Plummer, Laney Dineff and Kaylee Pryor each had a hit for the Lancers.

Boys lacrosse

Plum 9, Franklin Regional 8 (OT) – Jack Majcher scored four goals, including the game-winner late in overtime, to lift Plum (7-4) to a nonsection win. Goalie Colby Burch earned the win in net, turning away numerous point-blank shots. Matthew Amen scored his third goal of the game with 30 seconds left in regulation to force overtime. James Beall and Scott Pushic also scored for the Mustangs.

Girls lacrosse

Peters Township 9, Canon-McMillan 8 – Julia Platt scored four goals to lead Peters Township to a Section 1-3A win.

Pine-Richland 22, Seneca Valley 1 – Mallory Boivin and Claire Milleach had three goals and three assists, Cate Gentile added two goals and three assists and Meg Dzialowski also scored twice to lead Pine-Richland to a Section 2-3A win.

Plum 12, Latrobe 5 – Madi Stewart and Olivia Iachini each scored three goals to lead Plum to a Section 1-3A victory. Nina Scalise, Jenna Fierst, Colette Momper, Lexi Miele and Ryanne Lehman scored for Latrobe.

Boys volleyball

Canon-McMillan 3, Mt. Lebanon 0 – Landon Patterson had 13 kills and 10 digs, Aydin Winkelblech dished out 19 assists, Caleb Katreeb finished with 12 digs and Brayden Gough had eight blocks to lead Canon-McMillan to a Section 1-3A win. Henry Klinar added seven kills, Ethan McGowan had six and Dom Acquaviva recorded 13 assists for the Big Macs.
