Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office is working to identify a body pulled from the Ohio River in Sewickley.
A man’s body was discovered in the river by a rowing team near a sports complex in Neville Island shortly after 7 a.m. Friday.
Sewickley Police Chief Dave Mazza said his officers and first responders from Robinson and Ohio Township worked to remove the body from the river at the borough’s Chestnut Street boat launch.
The investigation is ongoing. No further information was immediately available.
