Apollo-Ridge 10, Carlynton 3 – Noah Stewart and winning pitcher Brody Henderson each drove in a pair of runs and Richard Peach doubled and knocked in a run for Apollo-Ridge (7-5, 5-5) in a Section 3-2A win. Tyler Heinrich finished with a pair of doubles for Carlynton (4-8, 3-5).

Avonworth 18, East Allegheny 1 – Carter Latore went 4 for 4 with three doubles and four RBIs and Sam Hustwik and winning pitcher Patrick Bykowski each knocked in three runs as Avonworth (11-5, 8-0) cruised to a Section 2-3A win. Cayden Yusko brought home a run for East Allegheny (0-12, 0-8).

Baldwin 12, Connellsville 4 – Matt Musial doubled and produced three runs, winning pitcher Hudson McKain tripled and plated two and Aiden Robinson doubled and knocked in a pair as Baldwin (11-2, 7-1) dropped Connellsville (6-9. 2-6) in Section 4-5A. Linkon Keller tripled and had two RBIs for the Falcons. Ty Geary and Gavin Stock each had an RBI for the Highlanders.

California 9, Frazier 8 – Parker Gillen hit an RBI groundout to score the winning run in the bottom of the eighth to lift California (10-3, 8-0) past Frazier (6-7, 2-5) in Section 1-2A. Eli Carpenter went 3 for 4 with a double and three RBIs and Chase Shemansky went 3 for 4 with a pair of RBIs for the Trojans. Chase Fulmer and Eli Cernuska each drove in two runs for the Commodores.

Kaleb Evosevich plated a run for Mapletown (2-12, 0-8). John Woodward hit a home run and produced two runs for the Rockets.

University 4, Chartiers-Houston 3 – Olivia Masoner singled, doubled and drove in a run as West Virginia power University handed Chartiers-Houston (14-1) its first loss. Lauren Rush homered, Seanna Riggle singled and doubled and Sydney English had two hits and an RBI for the Bucs.

West Greene 17, Avella 2 – Emmaline Beazell went 2 for 2 with three RBIs and Kendra Tharp scored three runs to lead West Greene (11-4, 8-2) to a Section 2-A win. Kaylee Donnelly drove in two runs for Avella (0-11, 0-8). The win was the 300th for West Greene coach Bill Simms.
