For the first time in four and a half years, Neshannock is not ranked in the Trib HSSN state softball rankings.
The Lancers were one of four teams to drop out from last week, as they were replaced in Class 2A by another WPIAL team in unbeaten Bentworth.
Two teams fell from the Top 5 in 5A as Hershey and West Allegheny exited, allowing Solanco and Penn-Trafford to claim a spot.
The other change was in Class A, Carmichaels replaced Conemaugh Valley.
The top-ranked teams flexed their muscles for another week as there were no changes at the top where Central Dauphin in 6A, Shaler in 5A, Kennard-Dale in 4A, Sharon in 3A, Chartiers-Houston in 2A and Union in Class A are still No. 1.
