Bentworth 10, McGuffey 0 – Sydney Gonglik struck out eight and allowed two hits in four innings to lead Bentworth (13-0) past McGuffey (6-5) in a nonsection win. Nora Lindley went 3 for 3 with two doubles and three RBIs and Makayla Gonglik tripled and drove in a run for the Bearcats.

Taygen Samuels had a single and two RBIs and Rylie Al-Anazi went 3 for 4 with a double for Shady Side Academy (2-6, 2-6 ).

Chartiers-Houston 13, OLSH 2 – Lauren Rush went 4 for 4 with two doubles, a triple and five RBIs, Taryne Drilak went 3 for 3 with two RBIs and Seanna Riggle doubled and drove in three runs to lead Chartiers-Houston (15-1, 9-0) to a Section 3-2A win. Leann Walzer doubled and drove in a run for OLSH (6-8, 5-5).

Hampton 18, Ambridge 6 – Addi Hanna went 2 for 3 with a home run and three RBIs and Eden Lawrence had two doubles and two RBIs for Hampton (9-3, 9-3) in a Section 3-4A win. Caylin Fedora went 2 for 3 with two RBIs for Ambridge (0-10, 0-8).

Hopewell 19, Quaker Valley 8 – Abigail Babinsack went 3 for 4 with a double and three RBIs, Kamryn Roche went 3 for 4 with four RBIs and Claire Sarkis went 6 for 6 to lead Hopewell (4-7, 4-4) to a Section 2-3A win. Isabella Jarrett went 3 for 4 with a double and RBI for Quaker Valley (2-8, 2-6).

McKeesport 10, Valley 4 – Sunny Harper went 4 for 4 with a double, triple and three RBIs and Esiah Harper singled, tripled and knocked in four runs to lead McKeesport (3-12) to a nonsection win over Valley (1-14).

Mohawk 5, Riverside 3 – Addy Moskal and Abby Donofrio had two singles and an RBI apiece for Mohawk (10-1) in a nonsection win. Ava Cummings went 2 for 3 with a double and RBI for Riverside (6-4).

Boden Lenyk had a single, double and two RBIs and Nolan Stefaniak singled and drove in a run for the Tornados. CJ Proch hit a double and triple and Chase Gelpi hit three singles and drove in a run for Central Catholic (6-10, 5-7).

Charleroi 15, Monessen 0 – Logan Usher threw a four-inning one-hitter, Luke Henderson went 3 for 3 with two doubles and Jake Corrin doubled and drove in a run to lead Charleroi (6-7) to a nonsection win. Colton Shawley had the lone hit for Monessen (0-15).

Montour 8, Chartiers Valley 7 – In the bottom of the seventh, Lane Martinec hit a game-tying RBI single and Zachary Ciamacco hit a game-winning sacrifice fly for Montour (9-5) in a nonsection win. Colton Prosperi went 4 for 4 with three RBIs for Chartiers Valley (4-9). Zander Stern went 3 for 4 with a double and two RBIs for the Spartans.

Mt. Lebanon 10, Woodland Hills 1 – Cole Kappeler singled and drove in three runs, Ben Kramer tripled and drove in a run and James Golen had a single and RBI for Mt. Lebanon (11-4, 6-3) in a Section 2-6A win over Woodland Hills (4-9, 0-9).

New Brighton 17, Beaver Falls 0 – Jaxson Zahn threw a three-inning one-hitter, struck out six and went 3 for 4 with a double and four RBIs to lead New Brighton (7-6) to a nonsection win. Jaleb Bailey went 2 for 3 with a triple and two RBIs and Carter Jackson went 3 for 3 with a double for the Lions. Austin Campbell hit a single for Beaver Falls (3-7).

Plum 53 , McKeesport 0 – Peyton Charrie completed 16 of 19 passes for 173 yards and three touchdowns and Hannah Woltjen intercepted five passes to lead Plum (11-0) to a Section 3 win. Brooke Dugas scored three touchdowns, Isla Filo and Caydence Morgan each had two and Kaiden Young also scored.

Mars 21, Blackhawk 0 – Hailey Long scored seven goals, Katie Blake added five and Ella DePaoli and Anna McGrath had three each to lead Mars to a Section 2-2A win. Lola Seideneck, Reese Polito and Tess McGrath also scored.

Montour 3, OLSH 1 – Chris Burik had 15 kills and six aces, Wyatt Bucek added 12 kills and six blocks and Isaiah Henderson had 12 kills and four blocks to help Montour to a Section 4-2A win.

Penn-Trafford 3, Armstrong 1 – Ethan McDonald had 16 kills, Billy Bratkovich recorded 12 digs and Billy Spena handed out 38 assists to lead Penn-Trafford to a Section 3-3A win. Blake Fasso and Ryder Puskar each added eight kills and Rylan Kiste had six digs.
