Here’s hoping Logan Jones likes ketchup.
Jones, an Iowa center, was selected by the Chicago Bears on Friday night during the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh. As the 57th pick overall, the Kraft Heinz company will give him a custom jacket and a lifetime ketchup and brand deal.
It’s part of a draft tradition Heinz launched last year related to its “57” branding.
ESPN’s Courtney Cronin reported that Jones didn’t know the incentive of his draft slot until informed on a call minutes after being selected.
“I love it! I’ll take as much as I can get … Let’s go ketchup!” Jones said.
Because he was drafted with the 57th overall pick, Logan Jones will receive a lifetime supply of ketchup from The Kraft Heinz Company.

David Hester, a former NFL player and 57th draft pick, was on hand to congratulate Jones.
“Hearing your name called on Draft Day is a moment you carry for life, so it’s an honor to welcome the first ‘Mr. 57’ into the club and help launch a new tradition that recognizes the legendary players who make their mark on the game,” Hester said in a news release.
Some on X found Jones’ prize to be fitting.
“An Iowa center deserves a lifetime supply of Heinz 57 ketchip more than anyone,” one user wrote. “New Bears OC Logan Jones is a corn-fed American.”
