A man died after being stabbed in Pittsburgh’s Glen Hazel neighborhood Friday, Pittsburgh police said.

Officers from Zone 4 responded around 10:30 a.m. to the 900 block of Roselle Court for reports of a domestic altercation followed by a stabbing.

Officers found a man with a stab wound to the upper left side of his chest. He was taken to a hospital, where he died shortly after arriving, police said.

The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the man as Alex Colvin Jr., 38. According to the medical examiner, he died in the emergency room at UPMC Presbyterian.

A woman was taken to police headquarters for questioning.

No arrests had been made and an investigation was ongoing, police said.
